San Diego therapist offering EMDR, EFT, ADHD support, and parenting therapy in San Diego, california private practice.

Meet Maria

I’ve always been drawn to people who are strong on the outside, the ones who keep going, keep showing up, and manage a lot without others really seeing how much they are carrying.

San Diego therapist offering EMDR, EFT, ADHD support, and parenting therapy in San Diego, California.

Rooted in Compassion. Guided by Connection.

I’ve always known I wanted to help people feel more connected to themselves and the people around them. But more than anything, I wanted to create a space where people feel safe enough to just be human.

I believe healing happens through connection, and that feeling comfortable, understood, and supported in therapy truly matters. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that our relationships and life experiences shape so much of who we are.

I’m trained in EFT, a therapy approach that helps people better understand their emotions, relationships, and patterns, and EMDR, a therapy approach that helps people process difficult or painful experiences so they don’t feel as heavy anymore. Along with over a decade of working with families and individuals, I bring both professional experience and a very human approach into the room.

My hope is that when you work with me, you feel like you don’t have to carry everything alone anymore.
